Get a quote
We go through the design with you and send a price and an estimated slot.
Book your slot
Check your fur colours, pay for materials (in full or on a plan) and your build goes in the queue.

Progress updates go up on Telegram as we build, then it’s shipped tracked or handed over.

How do I get a quote?
Message us on Telegram with your character’s reference sheet (or a few clear pictures) and tell us what you’re after: full suit, partial, head, paws, tail or a repair.
I don’t have a reference sheet. Can I still commission?
Yes. Send what you have, such as sketches, photos or descriptions, and we’ll talk it through. Having a ref sheet made first can help with complex designs.
Can you repair my suit?
Send photos of the damage and the suit, and we’ll let you know what we can do and what it would cost.
Can you work to a deadline?
Yes, deadlines can be worked with. A guaranteed deadline counts as a rush order and costs more, because more time goes into the project.
How does payment work? Are there payment plans?
Material costs are paid upfront. Paying in full upfront is preferred, but payment plans can be considered, paid off over a maximum of 3 months. Making a first payment means you agree to the terms of service.
What if something breaks?
There’s a 3-month warranty for things like popped seams or breakages. Fixes can be free depending on what’s needed. Local to Norfolk? You can bring repairs in person (just let us know first).
Do you ship?
Yes. Orders to mainland UK are always tracked with Royal Mail, and anything over £150 goes by Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Shipping is paid by the buyer.
Any allergy information?
There are 2 cats in the household. They don’t come into contact with the work, but there may be cat fur allergens.
